The condominium is quite spacious at 1,305 sq ft. It has one bedroom and features a stylish open plan living area, dining and kitchen with top of the line appliances. There are ten foot foot ceilings with floor to ceiling German engineered sliding doors, that open almost the entire east wall to showcase the in-credible views of the Sierra Madre Mountains and the local neighborhood just below. The decor has been tastefully designed to complement a “fun travel" theme.
The spacious bedroom suite features a king sized bed, a walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with two sinks, and a large shower appointed in muted earth toned marble and glass. On the wall just behind each night stand you will find a USB port. A flat screen television which features “Firestick Technology” streaming about two thousand channels.
The living area has tasteful designer furnishings featuring a sofa long enough to lie down , two comfortable, club chairs, a large cocktail table and a small dining table. This room has a larger, flat screen television with the same "Firestick Technology” The streaming channels include American, Canadian and French Canadian programming. You are able to find local news channels that originate from many of the major metropolitan cities in the US. Don’t forget the beautiful view of the Sierra Madres just beyond the sliding wall of glass!
Should you need an additional sleeping space, there is a queen size pull down Murphy Bed and second full bathroom.
The kitchen has everything you could need for a long term or short stay for the most discerning cook or the amateur dabbler in cuisine. The stainless steel appliances include a six burner, gas cook top, large wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposer. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker and a filtered, cold water dispenser inside the left hand French doors. There is also an ample supply of cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware. You will find an additional USB port just to the right of the kitchen sink. The center island has two bars tools for your morning coffee and breakfast.
